Here is the finished product. Please scroll down and view the process, from before, during and after. After we finished this kitchen it was converted from flat 8 foot ceilings with old cabinets to a Tray ceiling with 17” rise that was covered with double crown molding and finished just above cabinets. We installed 4" X 4" tumbled Travertine marble for the backsplash that flowed well with the antiqued brown Travertine marble floors installed in a French Pattern. The work we performed for this kitchen remodel was as follows: Living area was gutted and redone; flat ceiling was raised 17 inches to create the tray ceiling; new framing, wiring, drywall, hand texture insulation, A/C ducts, plumbing for kitchen, French Pattern marble floor, all baseboards, casings and double crown molding.
