Specializing in Residential, Commercial, Investment and International Real Estate. Received  multiple awards for being a Top Producer in the industry.
• 1989-2002 HOME RENOVATIONS- Self-Employed, remodeled private homes and built and supervised home additions.
• Invented 6 patentable devices
• 1984-1989 PROPRIETOR - Roman Hills Marble & Tile Co.
• Managed 13 employees, did quality work for exclusive clientele, private homes + commercial.
• Experienced in delivering quality work on time.
• 1982-1984 JOB COORDINATOR - In collaboration with owner of D.C. Hill Marble & Tile Company in West Palm area
• Shortly after being hired, became leader of projects, opened and closed the company, ran jobs. At this time I went to North Tech Institute to learn blue print reading, drafting and rendering.
• 1982-1984 BOAT DELIVERY CAPTAIN- Hired and ran the ships crew while navigating and delivering luxury yachts throughout the northern Bahamas, the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, Belize and Roatan  in Central America
• Proud of having saved 6 people’s lives on different occasions, also saved 3 boats from sinking
• 1978 TESTED AND ACQUIRED A 50 TON CAPTAINS LIC. - For operating in international waters at age 19, this was before LORAN-C and GPS navigation. I went to school for celestial navigation to use the sextant and triangulate location on marine charts.   
• 1979 -1984 WORKED AS A COMMERCIAL DIVER  - Port of call was Key West Florida and West Palm Beach Florida, we fished throughout upper and lower Bahama banks, Tortugas and Gulf of Mexico
• 1977- 1979 ALUMINUM SHIP FITTER, Shipyard had private and Government Contracts, Started as go-fer, became one of the team of principal Ship fitters that built a 75’ hydrofoil built for the military. All work was inspected by Grumman Aerospace, U.S. Military, Boatyard inspectors.
• 1975 -1977 SALTWATER TROPICAL FISH COLLECTOR & SALES- Supplied shop that sold to U.S. West Coast and European  markets, while going through High School.
• 1974 -  Family moved to South East Florida where I acquired basic and advanced open water diver’s certifications at age 14.
•  Second part of my childhood was spent in South West Pennsylvania.
•  First 7 years of my childhood was spent in North East Italy
